The person that came out to give quote for tankless water heater mentioned some potential issues. Gave me quote on tankless and tanked heaters. Also, showed us option to replace our salt water softener and prv as our water pressure was a little high.

I had a new AC Installed. The install team was led by Bill Brehm. The installation crew answered all my questions and concerns. Nick was pleasant, professional and explain what would be done and what was needed for the next HVAC maintenance. However he did want to use my hose to clean off a part of the HVAC, The hose had already been disconnected from outside facet and rolled up for the winter. After he finished the work, I went and checked everything. The hose had not been disconntected, not rolled back up and worst of all the water had been left on, but the spray nozzle had the been turned off and the water was not going all over the place.
Chris came by and explained everything extensively. Presented a bid with everything very detailed. Very good experience. No hassle, nothing left unexplained.

The furnace tech performed his functions promptly. My furnace is old, but still works very well. He did not try to "sell" me a new one, but instead cleaned the vent pipe and completed the annual check.
