Got the membership package. Came out to snake a main line. Okay work there but still no real progress made. Got scheduled for an A/C check 3 weeks out. In the meanwhile, drain was still clogged. Later, they came out with a cutter head. No change. Mind you, just to come in with a cutter head was a $180 charge, which is really too much. Their equipment wasn't all that great. I had to fix their machine so that the technician could use it.Fast forward to the day that they were supposed to come to do the A/C check...they called to say that they had no technicians available at that time and the next time they would have one available was 3 weeks out. Which is quite funny, because it would essentially the postponing of the A/C would make it so that one would get charged again for a membership fee. Kinda sketch.They also charged me the membership fee a few days early before the renewal date.Asked to talk about getting someone here for a A/C check, said they will look into it. At least 3 weeks have passed so far...Sketchy business practice. Services were better than other plumbing services I used though at least...but the business aspect of it, sketch.EDIT:Funny how Google reviews works. The day I posted the review, I got a call and everything got worked out. Not completely smooth, but they sent someone out. Thanks Google Reviews.
